The snap button attaching machine   ES-098   is designed for attaching snap buttons with gaskets on the clothing with both hole punching on the clothing   and button pressing cabalities . this button attaching machine is mainly used for processing buttons joining with gaskets .  

The working speed of   this button press machine is around 40 pcs/min ,the machine had applied with servo motor that   ensures stable working performances.   this press machine for snap button with gaskets had been equipped with double vibrating plates which can hold different parts of the button and feeding buttons automatically     The spot light will keep on the mold which help workers to correct button pressing location and gurantee accurate button pressing precision .  

Buffer device is fitted on the   press machine for snap button with gaskets   which allow it to process clothing of different thickness without adjusting the mold heights .in this case , clients are spared efforts to change molds for processing different thickness clothing .  

Customer are welcome to send their button sample to us , we will do test for the machine before goods delivery.  

Safety measures had been considered where a safety metal   circle is placed around mold to keep workers ' hand out of it and consequently avoid injury.

4,   Sensor   dispositivo , safety measures are considered with a     a sensor device is fitted around the molds which will protect worker ' s hands against injury , the sensing distance is about 5-15mm and is adjustable.
